Hi, It is my first time meeting ID for my first 5 room resale flat. What are the questions should I be asking the ID? What are the works that they should cover and not? What are the hidden cost or gimmicks that they might play which may add on to our final paying price? I saw a topic on a list of questions to ask ID here before, but cant find the topic anymore.
