hey happy! hows ur search for id? u manage to drop by my id showcase? btw, u r rite, a rug reali make a difference, make ur house looks softer n more comfy and add a little pattern if no special features, hehehe u can try ikea? mine is bought there at $100+ to 200......, but the material is diff from the mao mao chung rug, i prefer mao mao chung, but cant find big piece wif good price, at least must b 300-400 n above ..........mebe u can look around, good bargain mus alwiz go search n search, jus like recently i saw these newspaper ad for designer chairs at factory price, duno u got heard of it b4, gnee hong, then i went down to the place, tot wan to add another 2 chairs to my dining........wah, found the price so reasonable cheap lor, n those design reali not bad !! ..... btw, milo 3in1 milo can be bought fm carrefour at vy cheap price, if u got better recomendation, plz let me knoe, hehe, kidding !!

oh, earthy color, but the combination vy comfortable, makes u feel relax whn u enter the house !! yah! same fridge, how much u bought? i got it fm harvey norman at $1000 which i find it quite a good bargain coz of the stainless steel classy look.......n the good news is NO PROBLEM wif the fridge, ehhehe, n sumore 1 time i close it not tight rite, then it started to sound beep beep beep, wah, so hi-tech man......ekeke

hahaha.......=D yah mint, the mao mao chung at 1st very hard to find, everywhere we go, it's orange color, then after we bought it, everywhere we go we saw it, sumore in full range of colors, i prefer white, very nice, but i dun haf the "fur dropping" problem leh, mebe u try throw in the washing machine to wash a few times, till all the bits fall off...hehe the placemat u mus go raffles robinsson, coz somerset wan dun haf, n comes wif a wide range of patterns... n also jus in case u need an oil bottle.........i bought a glass wan fm vivo daiso at $2, then i saw exactly the same thing, same design n pattern selling at robinson for $30over dollars a pair lehhh..........

good stuff to recommend to everyone!! got good lobang mus share share ma, hehe this cups bought from robinson at $4 each......cheap n nice, but not glass material, haf to handle wif care this table mat also fm robinson, $1.25 only! cheap rite ....n look more designer also those container all i got fm daiso at $2each, vy good material, made in japan, worth buy ...so ur things will b more organize, get rid of those ugly plastic bag this i think most haf it at their home, , boxes from ikea, few dollars onli, good for storage, avoid everyday usage, coz easy to wear n tear this is highly recommended, pigeon hole from giant or any diy shops, can store ur keys, coins, all those small small items that u alwiz left around the house, makes ur house more tidy, n also u dun need to find the whole house for things u alwiz tend to misplace, get what i mean worm rug fm giant/aussino/ cash converter, designer look at affordable price, better than those ahma rug rite :wub:

Hey happy, looking around for quotation huh, mus be tiring, n the worst part is, ur reno havent even started be mentally prepared ohhh, renovation is not a bed of roses ........okla, dunwan to scared u la, juz that im a typical person who will compare anything b4 i pay for it, from things as minor as a bottle of shampoo........hehe so.. i went for a few id, mostly thru newspaper........but to cut thing short, i engage wif this current id thru a recommendation from a colleague. 1. He's an id/contractor, coz he seems to bao suah bao hai, hehe, 2. Expensive or not? so so, coz i show him other quote that i got, he never reali reduce for me which i expect him to do so.........he kp on say kenot too low la, u wan quality or quantity in the end, he ask us to save up on things like window grills, no nd to change, he wash for us, then hack off our kitchen wall, so idea also change alreadi, cant reali compare wif the other quotes i got. so price more or less the same, but he let me choose more expensive tiles than my previous quote, n a free toilet bowl n some toilet accesories 3. Overall i cant tell the rating coz tis my 1st time renovate, nothing for me to compare, u noe what i mean rite. but not much big problem i say. what we ask for in the quotation is what we get lor. the thing i like about him is that, he vy detail. eg. he will ask us b4hand whr we wan to put our switch, how we wan to lay the tiles/laminate, the size of our drawer, thn he advice us to do box-up for our toilet coz he show us pic of those that nvr do, which is quite ugly, etc. but i duno, mebe other id also got like that, hehe.... 4. Yah, near mrt, u noe amara hotel? opposite amara hotel got lots of shops like fairprice, etc. it's over there. pepsb, actually ah, it's jus the same theory like lighting point and fan point, run the wire to the ventilation fan, then the switch on/off is outside of the toilet , together wif the light switch but the wire in my toilet cants be seen bcoz i got do false ceiling, so it is hide inside the false ceiling......

okie, i decided not to reply one by one, coz the pic will keep on repeating, flooded... hongss, i think the fan is jus screw up the box, u can jus ask ur electrician or ID to install it for u since they need to run the point for u...... u can still open the window, but not to the maximum, mb 80% MaCe, thankz sime, no problem. good idea are meant to share babyQ, don't make me hate u........it mus be gorgeous, show me the pic
