Any advice on the options from the cost perspective on a 5 room BTO (without HDB tiles), in view of the imposed use of premix screed. For discussion sake, which presents the cheaper option? 1. Tile the living room, 2 bedrooms and MBR with wood tiles (and bear the cost of the screed) 2. Tile the living room with wood tiles + using HERF for bedrooms and MBR (with HDB doing the screeding for bedrooms and MBR FOC) or there are other options.
