I'm just trying luck to see if anyone have tried to appeal before and it's successful. What's with the appeal for what? Lol..

I knw many choose to opt out, tats wat most of my friends told me, that's why I went ahead n signed. But realise mine is premium flat recently. Have seen the design and I'm ok with it, tats why I Wana try to appeal. Wonder if anyone appeal before? Able to share some info?

My unit is without flooring upon the selection as mine is from the sales of balance flat. I didn't knew that without flooring I've to pay higher price to get it done outside. Anyone can share cheaper contact on flooring or anyone who had try to appeal before to have the opt in of flooring after selection done and is successful? Thanks a lot!!
