Hi onepoorboy, I think what Daniel says is about there. Bit u cannot compare prices based on this alone because different ids marked up differently. U must look at the overall quote. Eg. He can give u cheap carpentry but tiling works is more expensive. So u must look at the overall. Eg. Wardrobe 200-230 Tiles 100 - 130. cabinet 200-230. Roughly all items in the range them should be ok la.

Hi letonz, Ur quote is not detailed. No sqft for wall, no price for cement, no labour no tiles price so it's hard to judge reasonable or not. Bit definitely u do only this sure the price will be higher than normal Reno. From what I know anything under 10k the price will be higher. Cheers

Bro, what princessjia say is correct. U can try those balestier ones too. But I realise the smaller n altas the ids firm, the higher the prices is. This is what I found out after talking to a few altas coy where else the bigger ones are average price. If the firms have very nice designs for u, even higher. I got 1 they charge 2.5k for designing fees if u do not let them renovate. Look around more. Cheers!

Hi also started using gene only. So far so good, responsive n get back to me fast too. Waiting for 3d drawings to be out. Quite sincere n genuine guy. Only thing is before 9am can't seem to get him only then I realize he is still sleeping. But in nite mgs him very late like 1am, he still can reply. Went to their office n saw the rest of ppl all are quite friendly n nice. Even offered me water even though I do not know them. My feeling of their company is still quite good.
