So I will put very bright lights . Haha I seldom mop the floor so it's ok. Use dry mopping la. Can drink coffee any time coz we are neighbours haha.

Hi Vicki, But my room in the day without light quite dark leh, Cannot see my turqoise color... So my lights I will put Led lights instead of track light. Still deciding. I go buy 2 different lights to test it. So u too Check for the brightness in ur room first so at least ur Lights can reflect on the wall paint, that will be very Nice.

hi jennyt, i use laminate bcoz he says rooms seldom have water so no need vinyl. cheaper abit of course haha. If accidentally spill water, use dry mopping to mop the floor is good enough. more over the color and materials is the same too. just that vinyl is thicker. pm u guys. all d best!

hi missysonialin, which company are u using the quartz, because i had called iQuartz, Lian Hin, Caesarstone, eurostone. the cheapest is $140 per feet. wonder which company supply $90 like what u mention. do let me know the quartz company thanks a lot.

hi jennyt, yes, i sealed up the partiton becuase of fengshui. then floors i use lamintae. actually wanted to use vinyl but he told me no difference because in the rooms u seldom pour water on the floor, so its ok to use laminate. save a bit of costs. i just finish my laminate floors. later upload the pictures.

hi tri5tan, its abit high, plumbling, tv console, feature wall, wardrobe, kitchgen cabinet(any soft hinges, blum,?), all higher. mirror cabinet - $1400 crazy man! vanity top solid surface all ex leh only $80/pfr. total $200 but he charge u 550! ... thats y can nego more. if its a contractor, should not be this price. my contractor also not this price. but if u have the chemistry with him, then its ok lah. all d best!
