lots of cement -130 packets living room started skirting not done - must leave 1 day to it to dry foyer really dusty n dirty. actually i did not go up at all,after work tired and lazy, if i go up everyday then what for i hire him right! its my contractor that watsapp me the progress and pictures. fell safe with him around. no need to do anything, haha. very happy that hes on the ball everyday! will update pics again n pm u guys. all d best!

hi, anyone know how to upload. i wanted to upload of cement and tiling works but it say i have run out of space. i did it the same way as last few photos but i cant now, dunno why. anybody have any idea thanks

hi, pm u guys. hi vicki, ok very good next week starting tiling works, had choosen white tiles, so will post some pictures again. now hdb should have finish settling the cracks on my wall. i have not go and check yet. what about u? ur keys get already?

Hi cheeryfrez, wqt, starting next week. now hdb is putting sand and painting to cover the cracks in my house. should finish by sat. so tiles ordered already just the date to deliver. so far so god, responsive too.this is what i like. a for workmanship, i had went to other houses to view their workmanship, quite good too. so will post pics next week for tiles. all d best to all owners!

hi pDark, this is my floor plan. you can see on the left hand side , the living room, there is a curve in on the wall. but there is actually a ceiling beam on top too. so it becomes like a hole in the wall. but on the floor plan u can only see the bend in the wall. my master bedroom wall also got a hole. on the right side.

hi, so sorry was busy with work n reno, will pm u guys. But all new owners, remember to check your house when u get ur keys... headache man! i got some many cracks in the walls, sianz ! so call hdb to settle. so check carefully. total about 10 big n small cracks, now waiting for hdb to settle so CHECK ur Houses!

hi , price is expensive, even the first one electricity they charge $45.. market charge us $40. they mark up $5. carpentry ex too. wardrobe n study all also on the higher side. do check around. all d best!
