Hi gadgetgal, Actually, I had make reservation for a LG LCD TV with Best Denki. They are having promotion now so I bought a 37" LCD TV for $1999 (foc one foldable bicycle and home theater system). But i hear from other forumers that LG is not a good brand so I am thinking to switch to Samsung 40" LCD(with full HD) which cost about $3999 I'm doing my renovation in March... still havn't sign up with anyone, my hubby still want to "walk walk see see" How is ur reno??? Hi all, just to share... I called my officer in charge this morning regarding my HLE. He said that they will try to schedule me for key collection before my HLE expire (18/10). But if you do not wish to collect key so early(like OnePostWonder case) , they can auto-renew the HLE for us...

Call HDB next week to check ur scheduled date for key collection... Tell them to arrange an earlier date for u. I call HDB today, they say the date not out yet, i will call again next week... (my HLE expire on 18/10, dont know need to renew or not??? sian... )

Just to share..... Henry told me he will send me the quote on wed..... and he really email me the quotation at on wed , 1.25.55am lor . Can see he is very responsible person.

The price for the flooring is inside.... u check again...... Not everyone will renovate their house at the same time.... He is a experience contractor, should be able to schedule his project properly bah.... As long as you dont hurry him should be OK lor.... For me , I rather let his workers have more time to do a good job for me. " Man gong chu xi huo"

Not sure can get aircon or not. But if more pples sign with him. Then the chance of getting aircon is higher....
