The drainage for each aircon shld go to the nearest drainage hole, eg if ur aircon is near to kitchen, it shld go directly there and not back to bedroom... what i understand lah... thats y the abandoned one should cut direct to toilet but will meant spoiling my tiles, so i bite the bullet and cut that one out. The bedroom one should be oppo my bed but for asthetic, shifted it to the bed side... you get the point lah

Lux! I got a lot of comments! My house also short, thats why no ceiling fan! The gas reader, mine is humongous!! So have to hide in cabinet. As for the trunking, i wanted the 3rd aircon at the other side of the house but it will mean going through toilet and spoiling my tiles... so no go lor. Aiya, i think old hdb only we will understand the problems... working now so only can say so much... let me gather my thoughts... lol!. Psst, u can drop by and compare!

KS, according to the staff, it's waterproof. I saw it during some expo and the staff splashed water onto the track and there was no short circuit. Pretty cool but I do not have so many appliances or space to warrant an eubiq.

D+26: Aircon and electric wiring Bedroom where the compressor is.. Living room... I actually decided on a system 3 but due to the tricky trunking, last min decided to minus one aircon. The water output from compressor needs to go through kitchen to toilet... not sure if I can box this up, if not then have to live with it... Work in progress...

Scarlett! Once tiles up, then can begin to see the picture better... exciting I hate the aircon cos resale flats have the most weird config, I just (really just) change my system 3 to system 2 becos of the ugly trunkings... Ps: are you staying in cck? Lol

Real leather at $750? Hehe.. got so cheap meh? Now you are making me gian... from seahorse is it? The design of no.2 is quite interesting. No.3 is classic. If all things being equal, I would choose leather. Always long for a leather sofa Fabric does not mean more time to maintain, theres always vacuum n febreeze.. lol

Thanks everyone for hearing me rant.. now reviewing my light plan, worse to worse just get some floor lamps for those dark areas. Ya..read abt tunneling might be not legal. I don't think will do that too. Likely go with normal casings or use skirtings to conceal (skirting was not part of the plan). Kitchen-wise, im looking at Ikea tracklights for hob area and shift the pendant light nearer utility room..

Lights!! My ID had actually gone through first round of lighting plan with me but I was still in pending mode, so I asked him to let me have the sketch to digest. A few days ago, I reminded him and he told me we can discuss today so that he can make the amendments. Today he brought the electrician and started briefing him the layout... I mean aren't we suppose to discuss first before we confirm?! I try not to shoot him down in front of the electrician but I can feel my face turning darker and darker... Angry! 😡 Another issue: I wanted to do conduit pipes initially but due to extra costs, I was hesitant. My ID just assume I'm going ahead as he briefed the electrician, and I had to put my foot down and said NO! Then he sprang another surprise and tell me he can do concealed wiring. I was like... wth is that? I asked him to explain but he just say he can do it. How do I make decisions if I don't even know what is it?? To cut the story short, I was really pissed off. I jyst told him to pass me the draft and I will amend. Back to lightings, by rough guide I need about 12 lights for my tinny house! 😱 My current 5 room don't even have that much.. Fellow 3-roomers, can share with me your lighting plan?
