ya that was the case for me. My contractor worked out a proj schedule and told me by when i need to buy the hob/hood so that they can take measurements for the carpentry based on the actual dimensions. Best to check w ur contractor/id.

Anyone bought those e27 screw-on LED light bulb with dual color? i.e. can switch between cool white and warm white kind. The closest i could find is Philips Hue. But price too steep.

i'm thinking of hiring a cab roundtrip to JB (Tampoi Bldg) to buy lights and fans. Anyone tried before? How much does it cost?

normally will be the contractor. it should be part of the quote. fyi he needs to take measurements of the hob and hood in order to fabricate the kitchen cabinets.

i read somewhere that vinyl flooring contains chemicals that might be harmful to humans. that's why i'm having 2nd thoughts. otherwise, the cost and finishing are better than other kinds of flooring, based on what an ID told me. did your ID mention to you the health hazards? It seems like IDs are more pro-vinyl, whereas contractors are more pro traditional kinds like homog/ceramic.
