ginger so guai ... my boys will wet me and roll onto the floor ... never like the towel n hairdryer ... erhmm... think yuki rubba her bum onto the walls leh ... when donut was super on heat , he did the same thing leh .. and makan the poo poo .... his glands used to get infection and swollen ... he would rubba his bum onto the floor or wall to get rid the itch or discomfort ... me now bathe my boys using the basin .. haha donut seems to enjoy his spa treatment ... while oreo seems to be swimming .... oh ... we still have BBQ gathering on 31Apr at Compass Green where the whole SK gang is staying , ( applefreak , compassvale, deathcoth , bluberi, gendon etc ) all the doggies will be there too ... open space for them to run like mad ... and making all the mummies busy ...

As per current quoted:- if i were you :- keep the extra 6Ft storage at the kitchen , as you like to have L shaped, dun have a proper storeroom. (wall to wall abt 20ft while 6ft is the extra i think) choose cheaper doors .. like what skywolf mentioned - $250 plus if your doors are still useable, just paint over or laminate ... Woah la .. you get a new door look... doors are not so impt and can change the next time ~ tv console can do a simple one wall feature to mount flat LCD TV but must think carefully what you going to place on it, you can check out it from Ikea. ( totally understand how you react to your boy's markings ... my boys too doing the same ... but they are so silly to keep bumping their heads ) will do away the sliding door for WIW, having string curtains or normal curtains can liao. ( allow me to DIY 1st and show you the result ) will buy shoe cabinet and a little seatee from ikea , cheaper DIY studyroom hmm... think can source for others ...

hacking is the major cost of my reno too ... i hack kitchen flooring and whole of my master toilet wall cum flooring tiles. total it cost me 29K including lightings. i had some freebies as i took up a package .. can't recall if it is for new or resale ?? my place was relatively young ( only 5yrs and well maintained ) thus i laminated all my 3 bedrooms flooring. I forgo all the build in carpentry for studyroom, only foucs on my master bedroom, living/dinning hall and kitchen. To complete the reno look, i got shoe cabinet too. I'm also looking out for a string curtain or normal curtain for my WIW. euff of blah blah ... you can see my reno t-blog for the pics. you have to be firm abt the budget. i always tell the IDs that i'm not happy abt the outcome. off my budget .. get them to revise or throw in more freebies ... lucky to meet my ID Broyz after knowing another fellow reno forummer and the others are history.

heehee .. your drawing is not bad leh .. at least you know how to go abt it .. hmm.. u need to check properly , regards to your 2 toilets with HDB. you might have some major pipes being in your way .... the doors leave as per current, in case of guests or anyone need to use the toilet , can always lock the one to MBR. tell all the IDs that you only have budget of 30K and no more .... they can quote you accordingly ... if you need my ID, can pm me for his contacts ... I seen his works for 3 rooms flat b4 .. very nice

ya , super annoying to pack up , move in n out n need to unpack over again ... told my hubby that i won't want to move house ever again ... i dun have own transport too .. just take cabs to bring them ard .. when donut 1st return to our newly reno place, he was amused .. soon later he realise that his playground aka the living hall become smaller , kinda upset for awhile ... soon later oreo arrived, and he got so jealous .. thus i think he never as happy as b4. it's always heartwarming to see cuties.. female dogs ... my boys love to annoy me to the max, being very naughty ... i beat them so much .. they still come to me , licking my toes ... or just sleep on my feet ...

yah still bery early wor .. anyway good nite , me goin to back to sleep le .. done finish my housework le .. keke bad habits
