    Yes absolutely true! The catch is the items must be those that are listed on Ezbuy's website and eligible for "prime" shipment and you can cart as many as you want and check out all at $2.99! But they charge a flat fee of $8 for home delivery though. But if you buy during non promotional period, you need to pay them agent fee of 4%! With the no agent fee promotion is definitely a good deal! Update: as per my earlier post, Ezbuy is reimbursing $4.90 if you email them after signing up for prime membership with the promotional subject. I emailed them earlier and just got reimbursed! Super fast

    Recently ezbuy (formerly 65daigou) launched a service called prime service and I have been wanting to try it for quite some time. They said that its $2.99 for shipping per check out unlimited items Today I received an email that they are having free agent fee promotion hence its time to try it out! Although they have limited items eligible for this $2.99 shipment but they are still some items that are worth to buy especially bulky furnitures etc! For those who have been wanting to try out this like me I saw this promotion on one of the Facebook group which I think is another temptation to make us try out their new service i check out the following items and it was indeed $2.99! Without agent fee due to free agent fee promotion till 21st May. The order includes a study table, chairs and some other misc items and I think it's Super worth it even if I need to pay $8 for delivery!

    Initially we really wanted to change too! Because the BTO toilet bowl's flushing is too weak and we already paid for removing the toilet bowl for overlaying of our room and if we change now can save abit of labour fee. But in the end spend too much on other things and decided that we should just use this till it spoils. I secretly hope that it will spoil soon so I have an excuse to change Np! Totally understand, sometimes I am lazy to chat the seller and just skip that seller due to lack of description. Anyways, only the link below are printed in double sided!     @koxxic hello! Only some are double sided depending on which design you choose. Cushion have to buy separately. They have an option which you can choose just cover or cover + cushion at a higher price. Hope that helps!

    Thank you!! I love the sliding doors too. Initially was unsure of the doors because they are expensive! Not sure if it will be worth the slurge but luckily it turns out very nice! Will be keeping the toilet bowls for now because no more Budget to change them will be changing the toilet seats cover hopefully can beautify the WC a little

    Previously I mentioned that the Elmark ceiling fan is too big for the common room that the casement wardrobe cannot be opened properly. The top casement needs to be cut half and let it open from both sides not as nice because of the line in the middle but better than waiting for accident to happen. It's just not possible to remember to off the fan first before opening the shelve. Elmark fan for the other common room which is going to be my work room. Vanity and mirror from Taobao installed by plumber. Plumber installed other toilet accessories too but the towel rack is slanted! need to drill again as its really very obvious.     More Taobao buys update! I used to feel excited when I have parcels but at this point, after unwrapping x numbers of taobao parcels I felt that unwrapping parcels are **** tiring and I don't feel excited anymore i like solid wood furniture hence all of the pieces are made from solid wood and Taobao's solid wood furnitures prices are super attractive! Solid wood TV console Extendable dining table. Bought lotsa wooden hangers from Taobao. Cheaper than IKEA! Seriously I wipe these hangers till I my hands **** sore Dressing table for my mum from Taobao. When the cover of the table is lifted, there will be a mirror. 2 Y-bone chair which I have not decided if should use it as dining chairs or for dressing table. Stool which is going to use placed near main door for wearing shoes. Wooden hanger. Love these! Wooden hangers near main door area as well. I'm going to place a stool here so we can sit down while wearing our shoe and the hanger can be used for hanging bags etc Wood framed mirror. I almost wanted to buy from Muji and they are selling at $189 I think then decided to take a risk and buy from Taobao instead! It cost $50+ from taobao hence some $ saved! If you realized, the doors are installed too. More pictures in next post

    Yeap! I hope that if one day the dirt get sucked into the pores of the granite it will not be obvious too since its in black. I don't want to spend all my time cleaning the table top

    I was really keen to use Kompacplus for kitchen top but had changed because the hubby is sceptical on how Kompacplus will last hence we had decided to use good old granite for kitchen top in the end! I'm happy on the outcome as it gives a nice contrast to the wooden laminates. We choose full black granite without any shiny particles The wrong alignment of the oven had been resolved too and the excess space had been replaced with a pull out pantry which is waiting for the doors to be installed. Initially we opted for solid top for MBR vanity to save cost but when we went down we saw granite being used After checking with Contractor E he informed that there was some misunderstanding and ask if we can accept it and he will charge us as solid top of course we are more than willing to accept this!

    Love your kitchen backsplash and honeycomb mosaics! Initially I really wanted to choose the honeycomb mosaics but I am afraid of cleaning the grout lines. Excited to see how it turns out

    @Reiken I think I paid ard RM11xx close to RM1200 for Vento Fino 2. I think Fino 2's installation should be quite straightforward it was installed by my electrician without any issues. No wobbling etc. However you may want to note that Fino 2 is quite noisy when you on it at fan speed 3 which is the highest. Some light sleeper may not be able to endure the noise

    I think it will be quite hard to carry the fans back without a car because the boxes are really bulky. Maybe will be better if you try to go during off peak hours so that the buses will not be so crowded. Or maybe can try those JB - SG taxis? Wow your one seems to be pretty bad. Definitely would not want to take the risk either! When I got my fans from Tampoi, the salesperson there said that can try to install the fan motor on the ceiling first and put on the blades one by one so that it can balance better. But if you gonna try and it doesn't work you may have to tackle the wobble issues from lowest fan speed all over again I am not sure if it actually work because when I asked the Elmark technician about this he said it doesn't help. Yeah! It's totally different from the outlook and the rod when compared with Tampoi's modified short version, Elmark Singapore's rod is almost half the length of the Tampoi's one. Elmark technician told me that both Elmark SG and MY are under the same owner hence I guess that's the reason why they are willing to install the fans for me. But having said that, I'm not sure if local distributors' selling price include installation or not. If it includes installation, the savings that we get will not be that much after adding in the installation charges + buying of new ceiling hook from Elmark Singapore and after factoring local warranty. For this model of Elmark I mean. My Vento fino 2 savings is definitely worth the trip to JB Hahaha! Kitchen one will need to clear daily but room one I think can lazy abit empty when full cuz it's mainly for tissues, makeup etc only should be ok.

    Yeah! The savings is really quite substantial when we buy the fans from JB. I believe the savings is even greater if we don't buy from Tampoi because they are selling the fans at a higher price but just that when we go there we were rushing for time so just go Tampoi for a fuss free shopping Hi @xiang38 the mirror was provided by my contractor together with the carpentry hence I do not have the contacts. Sorry!

    Apart from lightings I have some other stuffs from first batch of Taobao loots. As I bought too much Taobao stuffs unable to share all the links if you need any links, let me know! I know you must be thinking why I bought so many dustbins lol! Initially I wanted to have it in every rooms and 2 toilets but I found out that I do not have space for dustbins in toilets. Hence I am selling away the 2 rectangular pink + mint 5L (left side of the picture) both for $25 self collect at Punggol. (Not for fussy buyers!) Ladder as towel rack. @Changbp @sganimefan I don't really have closed up pictures of the Singapore's version of the hook only have this picture taken. The one that is already attached on the fan is provided by Elmark Singapore and the one on the right is from Elmark Malaysia. The rod for Singapore's one is actually shorter. Maybe could be one of the reason which is why the fan is not as wobbly.

The granite sink really look very nice compared to traditional stainless steel sink. @sganimefan I didn't check out the manufacturing country and had threw the boxes away so unsure if the fans were MIC or not. How much is Phylux selling Elmark Aeronamics 23? Just curious.

    @sganimefan I'll post up the pictures soon! The LED light kit that we got from Tampoi, according to the Elmark technician is not meant for fans. They are actually meant to be ceiling lights hence insufficient support for ceiling fans which causes the light kit to vibrate when used on ceiling fans. Tampoi sells another kind of light kit which is meant for the Elmark fans but we did not buy that because the fans was bought some time back and at that point we are not sure if we want daylight or warm lightings hence we bought the 3 tone light kit instead. Although the light kit that we bought is a little shaky but I think it's ok for us as long as it will not drop.
