Hello, I am a newbie to flat buying and reno so I would really appreciate it if you guys can help me out. What are the top 3 things that cost most when renovating a flat? For example, hacking down walls, carpentry work or tiling, etc. What are the top 3 things you renovated that added to the value of the flat? For example, laying tiles on bathroom floor, a lot of storage in the kitchen, etc. Would 35K (excluding fixtures) for total revamp of a kitchen and 2 toilets be sufficient? Thanks in advance Sam
