ours is about the same... 123 sqm resale so far the quote is bout 35k-38k... wondering if it is the market price now... we -hack all flooring -hack kitchen and 2 toilet wall -change whole unit window & grilled -bedroom doors and sliding door for study -replumbing -rewiring -false ceiling for living and dining -paint the whole house -kitchen cabinet -full height shoe cabinet. we get the quote from HooBee,Earnest and renozone.thier price are about the same. kajua mind sharing who you get the quote from?
