  1. TS from your picture it seems more like hot oil streaks (due to frying and etc), the hot oil probably cause the laminate to become this way
  2. Actually you are right on this, i once dropped some wax on my tiles in my previous home, it was really impossible to remove
  3. I noticed this as well, it very hard to try to find other types of woods
  4. Sometimes nagging the contractor can produce some good and wonderful results in the end, hahaha

  6. I don't think grinding can be done for parquet, if i am not wrong
  7. Tried using the hcl89 from http://hcl89.byethost10.com to try to get rid of the mould and so far the mould seems to be gone. The mouldy smell seems to also be gone as well, and so far that i have used it for more than 2 weeks ago, the mould seems to be gone for good So far product seems to have done it for s the mould is nowhere to be found for now
