    Day 62 (lost count) Been awhile I didn't update here, and I also have no chance to visit the site for the longest time, I have been either working late or have plan in the evening. Took sometime to visit the site this morning as I expected nothing much progress in the house. Only the basin got install and that is all, lights installation has been delay, and my quartz counter top only will be in on the 15th Dec. Good news is my oven will be deliver this coming Monday, and I finally ordered my dinning table and chairs from Bangkok and will take 4 weeks before I can arrange the delivery. Today I also find sometime to test out TV with my own Blu Ray ​Visited Sony store at 313, Best Denki and also Harvey Norman. After trying I finally decided to go for a Full HD TV instate of a 4K, after trying out 3 of my own Blu Ray, I notice that with 4K TV playing 1080p content I will be able to see lots of pixel from the screen, and that really hold me back, and with the lack of 4K content at this moment, I think maybe I will wait for a few more years to upgrade to the 4K TV. Overall I still love the LG OLED model, but with the very high price I really have to give up and go for an LED TV, Most likely I am going for the Sony model, but now the question should I go for 55" or 65"? After visiting so many shop today, I end up getting the sound bar from Yamaha. Feeling so excited, because I know soon l can enjoy good sound while watching TV. But the most crazy things is I still yet to get a TV.

Well said guys, I really love RT because I really learn lots of things and trick from lots of people, For me a home is your own vision, and how it make you feel good each time you are home. There is nothing boring about it, if your house are similar to some others, as long you are happy thats matters.

    now super slow, light up this week my counter top only arrive on 15th Dec. So now I chill and Monday go settle most of the furniture and than wait again.

    Love your toilet, I wanted a ledge as well, but due to HDB rejected some of my hacking so I end up have a super mini bathroom. So only can give up the idea. Your place looks beautiful! Thanks for sharing

    All looking good!! Love the Bosch dryer and so cool to have a dish washer, really wish I can get one too. But 1 person can't find a good reason to do so. Hope your sofa issue can fast fast resolve.

    Hi and congratulation on your new house, that is nice to have an 8 years resell, so hope your project won't be too major, so that will save some cost ya. Just to add on Kara (bykaraanne) comment, this is how you upload photo to Renotalk after the photo is uploaded , copy the direct link for you to link the photo to the forum click on the icon I highlighted in the photo and paste the link that you copied, your photo should be able to link it here.     haha, don't have the budget liao as much as I want to change to a softer mattress, but the one I that I have is till less then 5 years and in good condition. So better not spend the money. Thanks for the compliment on my kitchen, hope with everything in will turn out good. Now just have to be extra careful with the furniture selection.

    Day 51 - Sofa, Sofa This is one of my biggest headache at this point of time, if you did read my post. I tried on a very expensive sofa and I really fall in love with it just because it just sooooooo comfortable. The price is high one of the big reason I think is because it is a designer sofa, but actually it have a very simple look. The selling points is just because it have a very good hight, the back cushion and arm rest is stuffed with down. Since I can't find a good reason ($) to get that sofa, now I am thinking maybe I should customise one, so maybe I can save some $ on the sofa. Any good recommendation kakis??

    Day 51 This is a very slow week, I didn't have time to visit the site had been working till late, but still manage to get 1 shopping done. As part of the plan, when my ID design for my kitchen we have agreed to install qubiq at both of the kitchen cabinet and the also the cabinet in the living room. I went down to Nex to get my eubiq sort it out, I was serve by this guy xx Chan. He is very patience and helpful, I know I asked tons of stupid questions and repeat it over and over again. He really take his time to go tur with me and make sure I understand (thumb up for him!) I end up getting the SV Pack, It come with 3 meters track and 3 meters blank, this package also include 2 x dual port USB charger, 16 plugs (I was given 20 universal instate), 3 wall plug, 3 cord set, 60 cm director track and one lamp. On top of this was given $200 to buy accessories for the eubiq system. My ID had set an on site measurement with them this Friday, so now just wait for them to get all this done and installation should be up soon. Lights will be up tomorrow or Thursday, so I am so excited I can finally see how the house looks like in the evening. I also manage to contact UniArm, they will co-ordinate with my ID and go down to install it at my main door.
