    My buddy who recently got himself a house got the Baron toilet bowl, but he told me got lots of issue. 1st delivery the item is crack, got it replace. After move in for 3 months, one of the nut for the screw crack, and when my friend called they are expecting him to take leave to get the repair done. Not too sure the brand from where but this is the experience that my buddy share with me.

    Learn my lesson, so will be more careful when going to buy my Kitchen item. I am kinda high aircon user, but most of the time will be either the living or the master bed room will be using it.

    Went down to Home & Deco Fair yesterday, and got myself this small bag of Lamitak sample, Find it very nice and handy, can really shortlist some sample before going to talk to my ID.

    Reason for the MBR I use 12K is also I extended my MBR so will need higher BTU to make sure all area are cool enough. but again finger cross

    High 5, ya Teka from Germany. But I found their price is so much cheaper than BOSCH. So likely will get their Hob as well, as the Domino style that I like BOSCH is way too expensive.

    haha I think we same same, and I siao German brand, after some discussion with my pal and also after seeing the sink at Jumbo seafood on Friday night so I decided to go for stainless steel sink. Decided on this one from Teka Yet to shop for toilet item yet, another headache soon for me I think.

    1 got myself a 1 x 9k (guest room) 1 x 12k (MSR) and 1 x 24 (living room) Not too sure, maybe you should shop around and compare price. Don't be like me ok? Like a blur sotong

    I think it turn out beautifully Love your choice of colour, I think I am those boring kind like my house to be white, but again still got a long journey to go, I know my designer might challenge me my choice again. Lol

    OMG! kena con liao!! No choice liao buy and paid for it. Should have done more research on the aircon before placing the order.

    Shopping - Aircon Since the reno work going to start on this coming Monday so I went down to GainCity to buy aircon, end up I got a system 3 by Mitsubishi Starmex ​Hope I make the right choice as I was told it come with 5 ticks, so finger cross. Mean time there is a Home and Deco road show st Marina Square. If you want to take a look the actual Lamitak, there are there as well.

    HDB finally call me today and inform me we are all good to start the reno, after a loooooooog wait. My ID team will start work this coming Monday. So now just have to pray hard that everything will go smooth smooth. My heart can't take too much stress anymore.

    with what you says I think I should just go for the stainless steel liao. no choice just have to deal with the water mark.

    I plan to get Granite sinks as well, but go for Blanco, others I was told the colour will change.
