    Day 19 - ( Shopping for WC ) Big thanks for doubleEM and bykaraanne suggestion, I make a trip down to Wasserbath in the afternoon. I spend less than 30mins, I can make up my mind and got myself 2 IXSS WC (Model CT-1180A). So one more item done, super happy. I also went over to AN Digital Lock near Boon Keng, after spoken to the sales person, Now I am so tempted to go for the bundle deal with the Sumsung Push and Pull + Yale Gate Digital lock @ $1390 They also quoted me for gate @ $550 and fire rated door @$880 Do you guys think is a good deal?

    OMG! why I forgot the to check on this before went down to Belestier yesterday! Thanks for the tips bro, will make a trip down again to check it out. Thank you very much, since 2 of you have good experience there, I am sure I will go down to take a look.

    I think your design theme is great and you have good taste, so please don't worry I am sure it will turn out super nice. But come to the digital peephole, is for your own safety mah! So don't worry too much how it will turn out lah, sure ok one. Saw some comment on what counter top you should go for, I totally agree with them, go for what you like follow your heart. All of us here can only give our point of view but in the end you going to be the one who stay in the house, so you must make sure you happy and love it. I know how stressful is this journey, other than learn from all of you (偷师 the other is one of the reason I am here is to see how all of your house turn out nice nice I also happy.

    Day 16 Back for my holiday as only, during I am away my ID still keep me updated on the progress. Since today still my eat snake day so went up to take a look how's the progress. So far I am happy with the workmanship (or maybe I am did not really look into the detail), - Part of the tiles at the common toilet is up. - Plumbing pipping work is done. - Aircon pipping is done. - Service yard window frame is up. When I am arrive there is only 1 uncle working on my MBR toilet. When I am taking the pic he ask me "Do I need a model and he will pose for me!!!" and we have a good chat about the work he is doing at my toilet, actually just build a wall to concealed my shower set. I think very soon I have to do all my shopping liao, I really been dragging the shopping finger cross by than all the things I want will have stock if not really is going to be a big problem. So here are some of the photo of the progress MBR Toilet ( A super small toilet ) Common Toilet (Tiles are up) Today I went to ideal bathroom to check out their toilet bowl, this is the one that I like, but I am thinking should I pay almost $700 for a WC? Maybe I should just go for the Baron.

    Come come go for grey and join the club. hehehe Thank you, hope it will turn out ok lah. The steam oven is about $3100, I yet to put in the order but so far this is the lowest quote i got, still got time can shop around to compare price. I wish to give a more clean and sleek look. But too bad not enough power, old resell HDB problem.

    So you going for Yale or Samsung? I have the same idea as well only door not the gate, but now really thinking using it for both. But again do I really need a digital lock? Is more a want than need. Not too sure I will still have the budget as for now.

    Day 9 After work I went up to and take a look of the house, the speed is kinda fast. manage to took a pic and also later of the evening my ID also sent me some photo. The wall at the dinning room is done.

    Welcome to the grey tone club Thanks for the compliment on the hob, main reason I go for it is because this hob is using ceramic glass instate of tempered glass and also come with cast iron grids. Simply just because I am never a fan of enamelled grids.

    my ID keep trying to hard to convince me to go for the tone, almost not allowed me to choose my colour. I only say yes until I can see what direction they are going. But again I still worry. I'm sure it will look super nice. Can't wait to see the result.

    I think you are more adventurous bro, not only Grey and also red at your kitchen. But with your designer I am sure it will look nice. I think our dry vanity area also will look similar as well. You also grey? I think grey is in hehehe!

    Have to say the grey is nice but is not a colour I will explore if I do this alone. The ID really take me out of my comfort zone to ask to take some risk. But I do think it will turn out nice lah (finger cross) like your super nice house. Don't think the carpentry will be in so soon, I think they are still building the wall. Maybe mid nov I think. Yes will be bleeding till like no tomorrow, but after see so many of them those are the one I really like. So go for it lor.

    Day 8 - Shortlisted Kitchen Appliance So with this meeting I have also have to decide what I am going to get for my kitchen, Means very soon my wallet will be burn a big hole, don't like that but have to because I think this will be all a good investment.
