    I also love none full hight shoe cabinet, not too much abt FS, is more a personal preference. So can put keys, letter and notes for other family member is needed.

    Updates My ID pass me all the laminates and counter top samples I selected, So took a photo and share with all of you here.     With bigger or higher end appliances will not cost more in terms of your utilities bill, is more about the user using habit. For example like the fridge I got, it come with 3 ticks and with the multidoor also help to reduce power consumption because each time you open the fridge the area got increases of temperature are small than 2 doors. Bro, you really answer the question and I think you & I do think the same way. On top of that more higher end model come with better power electric saving function as well.

    My designer spends lots of time convince me to go for this colour, the 1st choice is the same design and have glossy surface but too bad no stock so we go for this matt surface subway tiles. Now looking at it, I am glad that I took her advice.

    I really love the marble look tile in your toilet and you are good at DIY, the canvas that day and now the mirror *SALUTE when you move in, light up some candle and have a nice bubble bath it will be so nice lor. all I can say looking good so good! Like hotel

    Day 20 Just back from the place not to long ago, I should have visit much earlier today. (Very hard to take pic in a low light situation) Everything seem to be fast now, so this is some of what is done. - Tiles in the common toilet - Tiles in the service yard - Floor is screed - Tiles in the kitchen is up. Didn't take too much of pic as it is kinda dark without the lights, will go down to take more pic tomorrow. love the effect of the dark grey subway tiles. so sorry for the super fat foot in this photo. Today I also shortlisted the sink I am going to use for the MBR and common toilet for MBR dry vanity area for common toilet

    Yes I have to say I am super happy with the price, and your review give me much confident as well, that is why I really like this community here, everyone just share their experience and help each other out on this stressful (mind and pocket) period. I can say the guy who serve me is also very helpful, happy with their service, and he told me this is a German Brand and made in Turkey, so I think will be good lah. Thanks again.

    3 of us all been helping ppl to pay the house instalment really can understand each other pain of paying the rent, be frank my rental agreement due on Apr 2016, so will need to help to owner to find someone to take over this unit before I move out if not my deposit will be gone.

    Not to sure did you cook a lot, but if you do I will think that the fridge should be facing the basin so will be more easy for you to prep your ingredient. If you going use ur island to do the prep that it will be good. I just looking at the flow at the kitchen and this is my 5 cents lah. hope it helps. But I do think that will turn it nice, so far after meeting the ID anyone that you can find the chemistry? All the best on the project ya.
