Does anyone know any electrician or where I can go find one to repair table lamp? I recently bought a table lamp from the USA and (silly me) did not use a transformer before I plug in for use. I think either the hardware of the lamp is damaged or bulb is spoil (I can't find a US voltage bulb to verify). Thanks!

Recently, I remove my floor skirting and there are traces of concrete cement still stuck at the bottom of my metal window grills. Does anyone know how to remove this? Is there any solvent that is available off the shelf for purchase? Thanks!
