Anyone else has suggestions for stores selling these jumbo market/grocery trolleys... seems like an island wide shortage. Good opportunity to become distributors !!
-
I think jus like me, u have never been to daiso. Everything there is $2 !! But jus one thing, I dont think the closet rods can support over 2 kg as stated on the wrappers. But to hang over a light curtain I think its ok.
-
Too bad they are out of stock... i've asked several neighbourhood stores like these before as well... all say no stock dunno when stock is coming... the supplier kayu lah.

Hi, Does anyone know where I can purchase a closet rod to hang clothes in a cabinet ? I need something short like max 2feet only and hopefully without having to drill holes. I remember seeing some chin-up bars from sports stores which have adjustable bars with suction pads at each end. Are there closet rods like these ? Thanks!

hello.. Anyone knows where to get a big market trolley ? Since market is not so near and kind of only visit it once a week... the smaller trolleys from hardware shops are just too tiny to fit anything.... btw.. not looking at delivery trolley like those used by movers, but have seen people with jumbo sized market trolleys... jus donno where they buy from and too pai seh to ask them directly

No Milner is a soft/plush type... the simmons customer service can even admit their plush mattresses do sink after some time... and I read from several other forums as long as its not more than 3 inch I think they find it acceptable and do not change the mattress. Also one more thing I found about the warranty.... after 2 years its a depreciating warranty, something like 90% of the list price... As we all know Simmons mattresses are on "sale" most of the time... list price would be something much higher, and so would the 10% or more top-up be.

Really Red Rotten Apple.

Hi, I have been using the Simmons Milner bought from Ackerman Smith for few months. I rarely had any back pains or aches, but now I'm having chronic lower back pain everyday. Even my wife has started complaining of back aches. Just wanted to find out if any other people in the same boat ?? Thanks...

I found something: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qi...24180503AAXVFzE So this is quite a norm ? Any kind souls willing to test out their energy saving bulbs as well (in the dark) ? PS: Mine flickers with green tinge every 1 min or so only.. not like the above every 5 seconds.
-
Just did a further test last night. From circuit breaker, switched off the circuit where this bulb was flickering on by itself. And it stopped. Sounds like leakage from the light switch ? Problem is I'm having all the bulbs with this problem. Could all the switches be loosely in contact even when off ? Or the bulb holders (all same type) are all faulty ?
-
Hi, I have several of those energy savings bulbs at home, at places like the bathroom/balcony etc. Recently noticed even when switched off, they tend to flicker with a tinge of green light once every 1-2 mins. The green light is not strong enough to light up the area, but still very noticeable with all other lights off, in darkness. Wonder if anyone has similar problem. To notice it, best way is to switch off all lights, and observe a bulb for 2 minutes.. Any electrical engineers here ? Appreciate advice from you too, even if you dont have this issue with your wiring at home.. Is there any danger of short-circuiting or something ? Seems to me like the current is leaking to the end-points even with the switch off... how lah ??

Once you take delivery, forget about changing the order even if you dislike this 'feature'. Because I have even officially written to Spring Singapore and they gave me an official reply that this is a feature of the fridge after discussions with Toshiba. In such cases, even if you do not like the feature, I doubt CASE will be able to help much to change model at that point.
-
Whatever brand you buy just stay away from Toshiba. I've had this problem of my door locking after closing it, for over 1 minute, and the local service manager insists this is a good feature. In fact he even told me off, why no one else complain, only you complain ?? Zero sense of customer facing ability. He even has nerve to say everyone wants fridge with good suction what!!
-
Beware these do not come with HEPA filters. And water based vacuums can have the worst performance with dust mites. http://www.allergo.com/bedCareFAQ.html#waterVacuums I use Dyson.

Hi guys, I had bought a fridge GRY66SDE model (590 litres) recently and from day one I notice each time after I close the door, the suction is so strong, the door gets locked for up to 1 minute. Toshiba technicians have come down twice. Once they took out the rubber lining and put it back and another time, they adjusted the door (i think probably they loosened door hinge), but still the same. Now their local service manager is claiming its a feature of this fridge to lock, and in turn he's questioning me "Why no one complain, only you complain ??" Hope anyone with similar issues, or even no issues with Toshiba fridge can give some feedback, with info on your model number, and rough date of purchase. Thanks.
