Undertaking to start early renovation before 2nd appointment. The seller is JTC. I need to start early my renovation as we can move and rent a unit. Cos i have a 11 month baby. Its rather inconvenience. Anyone can advise of my successful chance.

I have just gotten a 4rm resale and everything has to do except for flooring( living room and 3 bedrooms). Any reliable contractor with good and cheap can recommend. Thanks.
