Hi! During the recent HDB August Sector C excercise, i was interested in a partiular unit and went to check it out. This unit is totally new and have not been purchase or owned by anyone before. The block is completed in 2004 and seems like most of the flats are occupied, except for a few that were launched during this AUG exercise. I notice an amulet (a yellow paper with chinese characters written on it) pasted on the front door. Initially, i thought it could be the neighbours, but i notice that another unit (also available for the exercise) at another level in the same block have that too. Does anyone have any idea if this has any meaning or who could have place it there? Thanks!! !!
