The one at the right side is for what ? I'm now confused whether I should keep the right one since I already have 2 at the left side.

It's lucky that the management approved it within 3 days. If you haven't bought all your furniture, you may consider to buy from Cellini at Vertex, Ubi Avenue. Currently they have GSS promotion. So you did not do any wall hacking? just do wall plastering (kitchen) and overlay (bathroom)? What about the doors? Did you replace it or revarnish them? As for the citygas, yes the condo doesn't have it and we have no choice to live with the cylinder gas (so bulky and troublesome ) Can you PM me the aircon contact? I will go for Daikin as well, but system 3. Been using Daikin for the last 10-15 years with minimum issue. What do you mean by system 3 + 2? Thanks again...

Hi GreenBoi, Thanks, will be waiting for your pm. Wow...it must be a big renovation and it will look beautiful. Although the tile and parquet are in good condition, i admit that it's a bit outdated. I will only do the flooring for the bathrooms, kitchen and probably yard. How long did it take for condo management to approve the renovation? do we need to look for PE? not sure what it is anyway Will arrange few meetings with IDs these coming weekend. Hope to hear from you soon on the progress. Have fun with your renovation!
