  1. hihi so most contractors do round up the figure? fr example 1 piece 60x60cm tiel should 3.8 sq ft but they considered as 4 sq ft?
  2. icic.. yours is 800x800 so for 600x600, it is considered by contractor as 2x2 ft? there is a bit difference and i get less tiles... thks
  3. hi all ask u all something... me trying toget homo tiles. the shop display those 60cm x 60cm . they quote the price by per square ft. one tiles is strictly 3.875 sq ft , but the shop told me that in Singapore, everyone consider 60x60cm tile (strictly 3.875 sft by conversion) as 4 square feet. is that true? jus concern that we get less tiles like that and may not have enough for reno hi applefreak so did u have enough for your tiles? how much area did u buy for your reno? thanks

Hi zeny Agree with you. reno never cheap. thanks for your thoughts on curtains. ask you a few things 1. for homogenous tiles, is it better to get plain colour type or better with some linear design? want to have a spacious look. think both not bad, but maybe plain want more spacious look? linear want nice too but not sure if will look nice when laid down.. 2. is it advisable to change the current PVC pipes before reno? thanks

  23. nowaday alot of pple like to level and get rid of the balcony...to enlarge the house... so it is petty much up to individual. For me...it is keep the balcony so that i can a semi outdoor area where i intend to do something but yet to do it becos of that i uses diff tiles for the balcony to differentiate it from the living homo tiles ... for mist, they enlarge their balcony...until like a garden in the unit aM I RIGHT mist thanks zeny still not decided what to do. do people do the same tiles for the balcony and living? not sure how it is like.. anyway, did anyone of you redo the piping? mine is the PVC type.. hear some people say got to redo to the copper type? say PVC may have some problems... is it true? any thoughts?

Hi all some questions to check with you all.. hope can provide me some comments my house with ceramics tiles done. thinking of changing to homogenous tiles. 1. do you all change the balcony tiles as well to same as living room? 2. is it a good idea to level up the balcony to same level 3. or should use another kind of tiles for balcony? pls comments thanks
