Din managed to take picture today coz by the time i reach yishun today, the sky is already dark so go to my place will also be 黑黑 one coz no electricity now. My parents are living just opposite so everyday my mom will go up and see the work progress everyday and also bring their some coffee and snack at tea break. After she come back frm my place, she will call to tell me what has been completed and what is the progress.

my kitchen tiling is done, right now they are in the process of laying the tiles for my living and dinning room. Tink the tiling for the whole unit might need 1 more week bah.

For lighting, i recommend u to go to lighting.com.sg at balestier to take a look first. Although they have have a very wide range of lighting but if u r not not looking at those fanciful lights i tink they will fit the bill. Their price is , no gimmick and the prcing for all the lights are all tagged clearly for u to see unlike some shops which dun display the pricing and you got to ask the SA to know the price of the lights.

mine is just the normal silver frame. initially we wanted the white powder coat but tat will cost us $400 extra so bo bian lah, on a tight budget so we choose the silver frame instead. we will be having grills as well but i not to sure of the price for the grill bcoz mark just give me a overall price for the glass window, grills and wrought iron gate. he did not list down the individual pricing for each items.

All thanks to Mark for his effort! Initially, there were some hiccups with the toilet window frame so i went to complain to mark and he told me that the only solution is to take down the original frame and redo another one. He even called yeak to check with him on tat but in the end i decided to accept it as it is becoz it is not a very big issue and less trouble for yeak and mark
