A Second Reno
GreenBoi replied to doubleEM's topic in Reno t-Blog Chat - Condo Interior Design and Landed Renovation
Hi double, You can check out my blog. I did buy most of the items you listed in my ongoing reno-fujioh, toto, haiku, aircon recommendations etc http://www.renotalk.com/forum/topic/71526-full-renovation-resale-condo/ I bought my haiku fan directly from Bigassfans at Park Mall. Its good to get their authorized installer to install the fan. I will be updating my haiku experience in detail soon.Thanks. -
PROGRESS UPDATE No renovation is without some hiccups. This is something to be expected..... The workers accidentally threw away the bathroom windows which was dismantled in order to install the aircon compressor. A few days later they threw away the KDK ventilator we bought for installation in the toilet. Again Nic and CF were quick to apologize and bear the cost. CF drove all the way to buy the exact model of ventilator the very next day. Although, this could have delayed the renovation, I'm happy to have responsible IDs Its always painful to see such things happen to your shiny grohe. Again this is to be expected. CF has kindly agreed to do the cleaning up by himself. One thing that we have not been happy throughout the renovation was that corrugated paper was not properly lain to protect our tiles. Our IDs reassured us that, if the tiles are damaged in any way, they will replace them for us. I suppose its good that we chose more rustic looking tiles.... As you can see, everything looks much nicer post acid-wash

RENOVATION PROGRESS Remember the L-Box in the MBR toilet. It has been rectified. Kudos to Nic and CF This is something we have been unhappy about. Our AOS digital control pane has been scratched. The protective layer was removed. CF was nice to sincerely apologize and offered to clean it up himself This picture was taken about 3 weeks ago when tiling work was going on. Tiling has been completed now Tim's men came and fixed the aircon. No problem with his service so far. Highly recommended for aircon. Carpentry finally arrived about 2 weeks ago
