hmm.. toilet and kitchen tiles a lot of problems?? I only check my living/bedroom tiles.. quite a few hollow ones.. told Mr Chen over the phone.. last thurs.. most of the defects are settled, except for the hollow tiles and the very STIFF windows.. hmm.. did you check for hollow tiles.. good to do it.. there are bound to be a few.. My FW and I found quite a number in the living room.. had to call Mr Chen from HBD to add on the list of defect.. any ID in mind?? me still sourcing too.. !!

selenal, how did you run ur piping for the kitchen to ur sink area. Did you run it across the bottom of the door to the original outlet point? Did you change the size of the existing service balcony door?

i look at their website.. it seems that they are not charging for the gas heater but charging u for installation? and of cos future usage to heating up using gas hmm yoyo.. how much does it cost?

ur gas pipe is not done by ur contractor?? how come citygas so gd to give u free gas water heater?
