for contractor.. u need to have a design in mind.. then the contractor will do up for u.. not easy ba.. to coordinate the theme etc..

look like a long long story.. u settled on ur ID liao?? how are u gg to hide ur bomb shelter?? feature wall over it? or really gg to paint over it?

any reason to choose this tv?? wat make it ur choice.. me novice at choosing a good tv.. LCD? Plasma? Full HD? HD ready? still got so many specs to look at.. confusing..

i won't say i am recommending.. but at the moment.. me looking at IDs from Gplan, Meng Design, Unimax and another ID recommended by kaki (forget the name). Still trying to figure out wat best suited me and my house.. Price is confirmed one consideration.. but worksmanship, professionalism also impt.. when u intending to shift in?? before or after wedding?? got to work out the timeline..

ask ur HDB officer about the process.. he is supposed to help u liaison with the contractor.. do have to ask them to hurry... my defects are also in the process of rectrifying... most of the major things are done.. now left the window handles (lots of scratches), one window still v diff to open and close, and different tones in the main wooden door. pooh.. how ur ID hunt.. finalised liao??

the aircon is only meant for the 3bedroom and study.. getting a fan for the living room.. personally i think that 3.6k is quite ex.. perhaps i should source on my own.. any recommendation for good aircon contractors? F7: haha.. i think is to connect the tap to the pipe? don't think they supply tap.. do they charge for the piping to the tap or just fixing the pipe? G8: material should be the piping as well ba.. not that sure too.. see the list so many times.. think should get her to explain in details ba.. mine is only 131 sqm.. and not sure wat type of paint she is providing.. better check.. mayb is the vin..

will do so.. thanks. but all the IDs quote me 1.6k inclusive of painting of all the rooms (mayb EA more space to paint), doors, ceiling etc.. and they going to cover the grooves too. hmm.. my house is 6 yr old.. cos no one stay there before.. hee well no choice ba.. resale too EX..

asking the IDs what are the options and cost of removing the door cos I will need to running the piping to the water outlet. 1.5ft is the width.. will adjust to fit my microwave oven.. the length for that worktop should be 6ft to b aligned with the window. without the ledge scare not enough working space. wat is vinilex?? most IDs colour me 1.6k for the whole H. most prob ba.. unless i ask them to buy mirror.. then i think additional cost.. not sure about this. those exposed piping are in the kitchen, toilet area ba.. the rest i dun see it.. parents says it will be better to change all piping to stainless steel.

look great.. but just wondering.. how come you dint do the whole length of the wall..?? is it part of the design..? r u using 2 fluo lamp behind that wall? the LCD mounting not up yet.. ur contractor/ID will help u do it? me also thinking of doing like this.. will need your imput

they should have appointed a HDB officer to you. Perhaps you can call up and ask how is things going on. The officer would check with the appointed contractor in charge of your defects.. and answer your queries.. If you start your reno before any defects, then any defects found after the renovation started.. they may not help you to do.. cos they may think that it is caused by ur ID/contractor. I always find something new whenever i go over to my house..

I guess they are throwing in free bedframe anf accessories for simmons.. the price for the mattress is okay.. perhaps the older version ba.. most impt is when you lie on it.. u feel comforty.. u got to go there and try.. i bought my mattress there.. simmons mirage.. (think new model).. if you going down.. help me ask how much they selling now.. see if my choice is an impulsive one or not..

went over sembawang to meet my IDs. then drop by sel's house.. they quite busy preparing to move in.. guess no time to post up new stuff.. Their house almost done liao.. Nice nice.. guess we have to wait a while more..

right now.. i meeting up with different groups of people.. got IDs and contractors (recommended by frens and colleagues).. big headaches.. all supposed to be tried and tested.. quotes differs by 1k+.. dunno what should my criteria be eventually.. Price will be a deciding factor.. worksmanship also.. frenliness of contractors.. anything else i shld take note of??
