From what you list.. i think you will need at least 20k for a decent renov.. anything cheaper may mean the workmanship is not that gd.. dun think you wan to go for the lowest quote.. perhaps u wan to take a look at this list of reno contractors compiled by http://carine-olivia.com/lovenest/index.php/list-of-ids/

Don't think the shower screen come together with the house.. Candy.. i think my MBR will look similar to urs.. but i may be putting a chair or smth at the round corner instead.. still not decided how much renov to do for the living room..

Went to take a look at it last week.. they are still doing the tiling.. should finish by this or next week ba.. then they are changing the toilet stuff too.. take another one or two week.. dun think we can get the keys so soon.. anyway.. i not really in the rush.. you got ur ID yet.. me still sourcing for one.. blackapple... have u narrow down your choice of id.. What are you intending to do in your renovation.. that will determine your final cost too.. one feature wall can easily cost a grand.. or more..

depend on the quality ba.. i heard there are some as cheap as 80.. but the more decent ones is ard 100 to 110.. you still have to include ur solid surface top if u intending to get one..

My friend's house was renovated by Meng-design.. nicely done up.. think their worksmanship very good.. and the price is okay for what they have wanted.. Baroque not sure.. i think put them in my wanted list..

I think HDB is doing a re-renovation for the floor and wall tiles and all the pipes and toilet accessories.. Went down and saw my house being 'trashed'.... Will take another 2 months i think.. I got blk 356B. Only book in aug.. think the price shoot up a bit. got it abt 303k. Havent settle the ID yet.. The only comment i can make is the shower screen which is fine. Me thinking of putting a cosy corner in MBR cos my FW like that. But dunno can squeeze in a decent size cupboard if we r getting a king size bed. My shortlisted ID is getting back to me with the quotation. Perhaps then can compare with u. Like to know wat is ur full quotation too..

any sembawang-er.. any suggestion for the floor plan.. the balcony and the MBR.. the living n dining room seem very empty if dun do any renov.. CREATIVE design needed badly..

I also bought Sem EA.. v frustrated with the corner MBR. The triangular shape making the design difficult to plan.. a lot of questions to be solved.. wat size is ur wardrobe (6/7 ft), king/queen size bed? How much ur spending on renov? any hacking..

went down to IMM Red Apples. Was offered the 'living package' comprises of sofa, dining and coffee table and tv console for 3.2k. like their sofa design.. And they say their package offer ending today. Is this a sale tactics? Has anyone encountered this? But after reading so many negative comments, wondering should go down again.
