$140 for this bomb shelter cover replacement is very expensive. My supplier only charged me $70 to change this

It seems to me that the location of your ceiling fan is shifted away from the original HDB lighting point to free up the space required for the cove light L Box on the left of this picture, and your picture shows that the electrical wiring of the ceiling fan is concealed . I can see there is a straight line runs from the original lighting point to the ceiling fan location. Normally, to conceal the wire, the electrician needs to use a drilling tool to drill the ceiling to create the space required to hide the wire inside, and then do some touch up to smooth that the area before painting it again. I m not sure if they didn't do the touch up and made good properly before painting the ceiling . If you have photo taken before the renovation, you can confirm if this is HDB mistake or the ID.

Hi Duomaxwell I saw the blanco sink in your kitchen got two tap holes, one for the mixer and the other one is for the filtration system on the right. You asked your ID to open the second tap hole for you? I went to hoe kee to see this sink, and see only the first hole is opened for connecting mixer , the other 2 holes on the right are sealed, and they told me they won't help customer to open it those sealed holes. Thx

Thanks .. The charge of the electircal and plumbing work is really not cheap for reno, I was told an electrician's salary is roughly $140-$160 per day , the boss just needs to ask him to install 3 to 4 LED downlights can cover his salary
