Hi, I am looking for contractors or ID whichever is cheaper to do my 4rm resale flat. I got 2 quotes frm 2 separate ID... hovering at 40 - 50k on the things I wanna do. is tis the reasonable price? I am looking to see if can go any cheaper.... Things I gonna do are: hacking toilet and kitchen and 1 wardrobe in 1 bedroom...and basically, redo the whole kitchen and toilet. nid new flooring for my 3 bedrooms too.. carpentry wise only kitchen and a wardrobe... replacing of 3 bedroom doors, and redo the whole hse wiring... anybody got separate individual contractors? esp the carpentry and wiring? pls pm me!!! anything would do!
