    Hi, Anyone has gotten external inspection on top of hdb inspection before first appointment? What are the list of items that I should look out for? My seller has a hdb letter for me to sign stating that buyer agree to reinstate some works to original state (according to hdb guidelines) My understanding is that seller is liable. Is this correct?

    Hi all, Been a silent reader for some time and finally my turn to start renovating soon. Being a newbie and with tight budget constraint, likely to do most stuff on my own instead of using an ID. I will like to seek feedback/recommendations/info from everyone who has gone through renovation to share their experience on what they had missed, what to take note on and things that must be done.     Legs facing the window might cause bad 桃花 so it is best to avoid that. As for placing a bed below the window, it should be avoided if possible because of potential disturbances such as noise, light Etc. If cannot avoid, can try to have thick blackout curtains and install good noise stoppers.
