Finally got my final quotation @ $25,050. Wasn't as bad as i thought, since i add up abit during the renovation, such as blum anti-slam track system for the kitchen drawers, plus PE endorsement fee, as well as the partition wall. Not end of renovation, but soon. Still have bits here and there to rectify, then will be home-sweet-home.

think both you and hafiizah is right. seems like a suction to help lift it up, esp when its hot? hee..

i see. for mine, three bedrooms i'm doing laminates (don't need sand), only living/dining area doing homogeneous, so haulage and sand is $600. so if yours is homogeneous for whole hse, then $700 is definitely worth.

i saw photos! hmm.. the island does look abit narrow.. hmm.. but good thing is, the area will more more spacious la. ya, think the parquet looks nicer if darker. too orangery for now ..

Had stated in prev page Le wor. Have 12 downlights. Chrissyyeo, It's really hard to take with pulley. From the height of the basin u can realize it won't affect the full length of the pulley when let down wor.

ic... mine think wont have, coz can sit quite far in. Also, its more meant for us to sit end to end, rather than frontal sitting. Er... dun know where i place it le. but living area there's 12 downlights. think 3watts each? there's cove light for one side of the wall. along passageway there's 2 downlight too.
