doorbell, no difference, coz use battery de. jus that hdb already wired up, so getting a wired one will looks nicer (as in wont have double-"press") outside? for mine, labour & installation of storage heater are included thus dun know the individual breakdown. ya, HDB provided the electrical points (outside both toilets) so rightfully they will know how to?
