Some additions to my home! Solar jars. My colleagues know i like such "interesting" stuff thus got it for me. Smoothies! Strawberry papaya Also, attempted this. Got the recipe from a friend. Guess i'm too greedy with the seasoning, thus its more saltish. Also, as mine is glass hob, dare not risk steaming over fire for 3hours, thus i use an electric steamer instead. Which the taste might result not as nice... but overall, my family loves it.. my fil even want to go for 2nd bowl of rice which too bad, i cooked just nice for 6 of us. photos taken using i-phone so resolution might not be so good. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ something new for the home.. Another bedside table for the MBR. as MBR is the only place i "invest" more with the carpentry. Tmr my ID had asked his carpenter to come to measure tmr. Hopefully can fabricate in time for next sat's house-warming (relatives) and hor, my ID is really really nice! but cant say if not he scold me. haa .. When done will update a photo here..

i feel jus night blinds good enough le. as roller blind by itself already heavy, cant imagine two layers wor. i have one small blackout blind (from ikea though, $19.90) good enough!

er.. you going install day and night roller blinds? wont it be very "thick" on top? (i'm bad @ visualizing) normal 4room (living room, 3 bedrooms) will cost roughly 1.3-1.5k for roller blinds (one layer i think) since yours is 2 type, plus additional for your balcony and kitchen plus venetian blinds, might be around that figure (4k). Perhaps, if can, get a curtain company to do FOC measurement for you, then with a comparsion, it will be easier for you to gauge ba. btw, waiting to see the dark toilets. will be nice i think!
