realise our estate, the windows is really clear.... i can see my house from one of ur photos! i prefer the first way.. though ya.. if (again) can shift out abit will be nice. especially the reflection from the mirror reflect the food on the table (some told me this is good, as it magnified the food served, in terms of fengshui, means alot of food on table)

think hdb uses the same "mr lim" as mine also also. haulage for whole house is $800, but if rooms are using laminates, marbles etc, can ask for discount as those do not need sand. my id negotiated to $600 for the haulage for living and dining area.

(save gas and keep the nutrients of the food sealed within the food!) my mom has lots of amc pots too. think she bought one whole series .. some 20yrs ago! only season with light soya sauce wor. hee.. good to start cooking for your children, then at least those amc pots and pans can 见天日! hee
