Just receive sms that service yard can have 3-track windows! Yeah! Previously was only able to do a two-track as the top and bottom width is different. 2-track would means at any time, half-of-windows will be covered, which means reduced airflow. But now means only 1/3 is covered which is acceptable. Also, as my Id say, having a window in a way make the service yard part of the house, and helps to prevent rain from coming in. (My kitchen faces the carpark, thus in a way no blockage, thus higher chance of rain comes in)

if all in all is $800, sounds normal. if solely floor touch up (which i presume is make good the wall) requires $800, its ex. But of coz, if the touching up is alot more work (such as close one opening, open another entrance etc ) then might be ?? hmm.. Mine PE $500... hack and make good the wall $260 ... but mine only half-wall.
