Hi Bon Kitty, 2 weekends ago, we managed to get into blk 79D via 13th or 14th floor from 79c. The apartments were not locked because the main contractor had to rectify the defects that HDB had identified i think. We managed to go into some of the units and I must say I am quite please with the aerial view for units that are facing HDB hub. Not sure if it is locked by now though

Hi almonddust, We were quite surprised to learn that we might be the first forumer to collect the keys. When we went to see the ID opposite our flats, one of them already have the floor plan and a draft design. The ID say some people from our blk have already gotten their keys. So we are not exactly the first But still, we are very excited about flat and sourcing for renov ideas now.

Hi darkwing, We didnt get the pamplets. But we went to check out the ID shops just opposite our flats on sat. There are 4 ID shops! Went to 2 of them and they already have some packages just for Blk 79. Maybe you can check them out.

Hi rainbow04, we sent in the application via post on national day, which was much earlier than the deadline. Got the notice from HDB on 20 aug 07. That's about 10 days

Hi Mr Chong, I will be getting my house keys from HDB this wednesday. As it is the 7th month now, can i go up and view my house on the same day? Or do i need to pick a date? Please advise. Thanks!

Dear Neighbours, We are new to this forum. We chanced upon this while looking for interior designers. So excited to see our new neighbours having such an active discussion. We are staying in blk 79c and will be collecting our house keys this wednesday. We intend to take a HDB loan for 30 years. thot the interest that they are offering is very low and therefore should try to max out the repayment period as much as possible. Btw, have any of you found an ID or contractor for your new flats. Any recommendations to offer?
