My frens told me condo is much more ex than hdb even for same work done! is this true? if so, anyone know why? and also what kind of % more isit usually? i.e ideal house 4 room 10k package = ?? k 4 room condo package? p.s anyone got good ID to recommend who has worked with old condos b4? thanks!!!!

hi, condos i understand not many 'packages'. can i know isit condos are much more expensive to do for the same work as say a 4 room hdb? same size, same work to be done.. why is condo so much more? if a hdb id package is 15k. What is the equivalent for condo? 18? 20? thanks for answering and helping me understand
