  1. oic... meaning the condo workers have to work harder ( more manpower)? what if i don't have a strict time frame, say the workers can work longer no problem, from your experience , is this 20% markup negotiable? thanks

My frens told me condo is much more ex than hdb even for same work done! is this true? if so, anyone know why? and also what kind of % more isit usually? i.e ideal house 4 room 10k package = ?? k 4 room condo package? p.s anyone got good ID to recommend who has worked with old condos b4? thanks!!!!
  3. hi, condos i understand not many 'packages'. can i know isit condos are much more expensive to do for the same work as say a 4 room hdb? same size, same work to be done.. why is condo so much more? if a hdb id package is 15k. What is the equivalent for condo? 18? 20? thanks for answering and helping me understand

  6. Hi.. i am now talking to some IDs and some have hinted it may be easier to ask for freebies rather than bargain cost. Wat are some that i can ask for ? e.g. i know bathroom mirrors are ok to ask? if i am redoing bath and kitchen, wat else is ok to ask for FOC? thanks!
