u got visit the reno fair at suntec and expo de mah? walk around and look around ist. buy reno magazines read up so that u can decide on the designs u wan and u like..... buy RENO AND DECOR magazine $5 de... singapore version.... then decide u wan contractor or designer? designer u got to pay for their designer fee lor, contractor they do for u, some nice some not nice.. got to look for reliable and licensed hdb contractors.... chk hdb website... got tell u who is licences and who is not...... contractor cheaper, designer more ex... decide on a budget......

find a contractor and re do lor... cus even u r looking at short term, its gg to be at least 5 years i believe? ya its wise to save $ etc.. but $ spent sometimes u tik this way can be earn back de mah... gv yrself a budget.. get a contractor to re do some og the thgs for u which u dun like de... dun spend so much la... since its a 'premium' in name oni.... cus to my concept, premium flat shd be nice de.....yrs apparently..... no choice la... get the flat liao... go get contractor's help... at least they professionals mah... this is one way la... another way.... shoot the above to QSM..... get yr MP's help to get HDB moving.. it helps... this is by using like black and white and getting authorities and some how like threntening la.... try bah.... gd luck!

Hello Wen and Min and MaCe..... updated my photos... a few pieces only la. will update here when my furniture r all in and my electrical items r in... see the dining table lights? thats the most ex.. costed us $400..... then the white feature wall is to cover the HHS... then see our feature wall for the tv? its pink in colour with Alcarlic (duno how to spell la)... thats the most ex thingy in the house wor... then beneath the Alcarlic thingy is the small tv console... we gg to mount our tv on the Alcarlic....
