Nice view! looking at the greens everyday is so soothing to the eyes and mind. What is the plan to the bedroom below the bed? seems quite a big empty space. Is there storage space in the first 2 steps of the staircase leading to the study loft? I remember reading your T-blog when you purchased your 3 room resale when I was doing my research in 2015. What happened to that unit now that you have purchased this condo? -
You can dismantle and change to any other door you want, the door supplier will help you to install. You may want to refer to Ryan's t-blog: There is picture showing the sliding door.

what you can do during your lull period: - talk to IDs and contractors and shortlist those you have good impression with, you can let them see the actual unit after collecting keys to finalise the quote. - start to shop around for furniture & fittings and electrical appliances. Tip: Air con will be cheaper during year end cos demand is lower. You can place deposit and arrange for delivery & installation later if you want to chope the good price. u can try hong thai at jurong west too. I bought most of my electrical appliances from gain city. didnt compare price with GAB or hong thai but they are generally cheaper than best denki, harvey norman and courts etc. best is their 36 mths interest free installment plan and convenient located at CCK and sungei kadut.

For lightings, you can try Jalan Besar that side many such shops. IMM also have 1 stop accessories shops such as hoe kee, sim siang choon, song cho, asia excel, grohe, handsgrohe, mayer, best and many other shops for your furnishing, furniture, beddings and aircon needs. basically just shop level 2 and 3.

woh, doesnt sound good. but i guess it is quite common for pple to move around. have u spoken to the id taking over? communicate your ideas again to him/her. stick around and see how first bah. my id left few months after my reno completion and i was also not informed. it is only when i msg her for queries then she replied that she has left.

from what I understand in regards of hacking of wall - depends on the buyer. If the buyer is happy without the wall, then you can just sell it as it is. But if the buyer wants the wall, you will need to reinstate it back in accordance to the original plan.

cos I didnt moved in. only went there over the weekends. Vinyl so far so good. other than the grain issue that I have highlighted before. Just arranged Vinyl contractor to come over last Friday to do some touch up. Previously they put white silicon (dunno wat it is so just use white silicon) to cover up the connection to the skirting. over time, it hardens and some part cracked, so you can see a gap. The contractor suggested to remove all the white silicon and replace it with transparent silicon. Looks much better now. According to him, actually dun need to put silicon de. No warping issue. have you collected keys?

thanks thanks Other than the platform which I wanted alot and the shoe cabinet for privacy, I think I only do the minimum. Cant wait to see how other 2 roomers design their unit

why do you want 2 doors to the bathroom? There are many 2 doors owner like me wanted to seal 1 of the door... lol! with only 1 door, you got more wall space to plan for furniture, isn't it? If I do not have the bathroom door to bedroom, then I would be able to have a queen size bed liao...

how much is your budget? better spend within your means ya. you can do the more important one first and slowly add the rest. oh ya! now I recall! you got the interesting kitchen layout!
