another question is that. 1. contractor keep saying hacking kitchen if i decide to overlay my saving is only $600. if i decided to hack only few walls he will only minus off $200 . The quotation items as below Designer wall tiles ( 300 x 450 )mm for kitchen - exposed parts $ 2,280.00 Hack floor and wall tiles for kitchen $ 650.00 Heavy duty flooring tiles for kitchen and 2 bathrooms ( 300 x 300 )mm $ 1,880.00 My kitchen size is est 177sqft , thanks

Hi guys, is it a norm that the rubbish chute to replace when replacing tiles? I am asking cause my contractor keep telling me that my rubbish chute that replaced by prev owner few months ago only need to replace. Please advice your view. Thanks
