hi all, Would like to check with you guys regarding the issue of electrical charges. Pls advice. We have got 2 light points in the living room provided by HDB. Now that I have 10 downlights, I was being charged for 10 new lighting points. As check with ID, he told me that e current ones could not be used. Im I supposed to be charged for 8 or 10 new light points? And I've got cove lighting which had used several T5 in a row. Do you guys pay fixing of lights for each T5 installed?

I tink i shd rephased my earlier post as below... (Still not familiar wif this posting of msg.. cos im not able to edit my earlier post ) If im having 2 compressors - 1 for living (sys 1) & 1 (sys 3) for bedrooms will it be more energy-saving than using sys 4 since i seldom switch on the living rm aircon? i supposed sys 4 compressor consume more electricity than sys 3 compressor?

Hi, Can i know if there is any differences in energy-saving wif using 1 or 2 compressors? I supposed 2 compressors (sys 3+1) when used together will consumed more electricty than 1 compressor for all rooms (sys 4)?

Hi Alister, I'll be engaging Alex from Summit also and would like to check with you on some points before I confirmed with him. Your advice is greatly appreciated.... (1) Did he restrict on the number of times we can amend the 3D drawings? (2) Will he deduct the excess amt being quoted for carpentry if actual measurement is less than wat is quoted in the contract?
