    thanks, can you recommend the material for bathroom? if silestone is around the price stated above then I think it is worth doing it since Caesarstone's colours are quite limited. iQuartz is about SDG 120...but will it stain and etched ?     Can experts enlighten on the price as below? iQuartz (iCrystal, iEarth, iGalaxy) : ~ SGD 120 psf ? Caesarstone (Classico) : ~ SGD 220-260 ? Granite (black galaxy): ~ SGD 120 psf ? Marble (Dark Emperdaor) : same as Granite ? Which one is better ? Anyone install Dark Emperador marble before ? thanks.

    Great design, may i know if you are at the top floor ? If so, may i know if the ceiling is higher than normal floors, e.g. how many cm ? thanks.

    nice. i have to wait for a few years to get my new home too, same 4 rm, different layout, about the same size as yours. A few question, can you advise when to look for contractors/ID? And also when to buy furniture and appliances ? Lastly, what other important things to check before doing renovations, e.g. Aircon piping first, then water heater ...and so on... thanks.

    Great ideas ! May I know if the Joven heater tank can be installed in the Service Yard than in MBR toilet ? thinking you are using Grohe shower system ... and the tank kind of distort the design ...

    Wonderful ideas and design. Seems your unit is top floor, may I know if ceiling is any higher, can know what is the height ? Also, all your rooms will use air con, no fans? dining use only air-con or the living room haiku fan can reach your dining area? many thanks.
