Nation Cool is really NOT COOL! Got a quote from them to repair a faulty fan motor which i purchased the split unit from them and had regular servicing from and because i missed a day to confirm my intention to the repair they rejected the refund of the initiate validation fee (SGD 40plus)! Just one day Nation Cool and you just do not want to give the benefit of doubt that the customer just do not have the time to revert back within the 1mth period? You guys are just not flexible enough for the public! To any potential buyers, DO NOT GET ANYTHING from NATION COOL! Really not flexible in doing business and that is what we as consumers are looking for in suppliers! Good luck if you bought it from them and going to get it from them!
