Hello first post here. Just bought a 3 room resale 30 yr old in original condition. It has never been renovated b4 so I need to renovate all - kitchen/ living room/ 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets ( simple) Is 20 to 25k budget workable for the whole house ( I am not hacking floor) Is those 19888 package trustworthy ( I still hv 5k buffer if they wanna add on) Appreciate you guys to share your experience please
