    Lamination come in assorted thickness, and features such as water resistance, water proofing, etc & manufacturing origin. Therefore, the prices will varies. For a generic comparison, the pricing shouldn't varies much between homogeneous tiles to standard (basic) vinyl flooring. The only cost adding factor for new BTO, is that it required to do cement screed.
