hi hana, i had the carrot cake misunderstanding before too.. hahaha...anyway, babymaro just came to my house yesterday with her cute dog as well. hi jacky, hmmm....i guess as dogs' owner, we need to have some awareness bah. when i just moved in, my dog cannot get used to the new environment, so she tends to be bark. at first, i put her cage in the kitchen as i have a slightly longer kitchen according to the floor plan. but i guess my dog didnt really like it, so she barked. then my neighbour came to talk to me about it, but not in the nice nice tone lo. she asked me to put muzzle on the dog or use electric choke.. i think the solution quite terrible, so i shift the cage to my room instead, at the expense of laminted flooring. u know pee cannot toouch laminated flooring. but what is laminated flooring as compared to the love you have for ur own pet? so bring her in, for the whole 1 week, i hug her to sleep so that she wont disturb my neighbour. in fact the next day, the neighbour came over to apologise for her bad tone when she realised that we did take the effort to take care of our pet. that is what we wanted, harmony. but i told neighbour, my dog instinct for stranger loitering outside my flat can never go wrong, once she sniff people outside my door, she will bark. i shouldnt buy a door bell.hehe. my another neighbour likes my dog too as my dog can pre-warn u danger like fire, strangers. well... =) good day.

my dog not allergic to anything, just that I seldom let her go evening walks, cos my working time not regular, I scared bring her down one time, she will want to go every evening. my dog very qia kind..(pampered bah) =) I think Sunday Morning or afternoon, or evening is good, weekday abit tight =)

hey thanks for the reply with regards to SP bills. yes, this is the 1st month bill that I am receiving. I should ask maid to wash less freq but i have 5 people in the house. my washing machine is those 8kg type, not too big or small. 5 persons' clothes at the end of the day (2 sets each usually-1 set home clothes, the other set outside clothes like 3/4 full liao) =) console myself a bit, 2 pax $150, 5 pax should be more. but $260 bill a month is no joke leh. should i invest in strong fan to use fan instead of aircon but also heard that if aircon dun use for a long time also will spoilt. i should monitor the next month bill to see how.. erm, must confessed that I use 2 laptops. sometimes internet connection forget to switch off. : (

hey neighbours, is it normal to have SP bill cost $260 a month for 4 room? to list normal usage: only 1 aircon on every night, plasma TV watch from 8pm-12 am. normal small fridge on whole day, small fan, tower fan on when sleeping. use washing machine every day. use vacuum cleaner once every 2-3 days. internet surfing for 4 hours a day. oh, i use electric heater.

my bed came, was quite ok, measurement was correct and they did call a few times to double confirm, but one of the screw came off after 2 months, did cozy promise u any warranty when u buy? mine didn't. the bed is not cheap wor.

hi alister, no, I meant if the sales is from ID, if there are such problems affecting other parts of the house, they will have to do it for "free" in the sense that owner need not top up. for aircon, in fact anything to do with renovation, it is a matter of luck. I have read up much but still layman in many things, I mean those contractors/installers or forummer like jacky and yourself will know better. young couple and auntie-type me won't understand the technical terms, maybe after much later. =) there is always this risk to take when we purchased an electronic product. it is just minimizing risk through ID by paying more. a someone to help you chase the company if anything goes wrong. I have heard stories of spoilt lights, and many headache to arrange for the delivery of replacement etc, time wasted costs more than the amt saved earlier. of course, not all are like that. still have to thanks sherjcw for reminding us of this company. good day.
