hey, do u know if substance is registered with HDB? cos' i couldn't find them on HDB's list of contractors, nor in substance's namecard and website.. not sure if it would pose any problem if the contractor is not registered?

Hi, Has anyone engaged H. A. Concept before? (Think they are also registered under another name as Hoe Aik Renovation Construction) Their office is in Clementi but has a showroom in Sam Leong Road. Hope to hear some feedback on them. Thanks!
